These two days were considered very bad days for me. I have been working in this company for almost 3 years. From 4 people in the department till 15 people now. This particular person is quite new to the department. Something happened this afternoon, his project client’s T&C was rejected by the legal dept. And I told the PM of this project that the client has to sign our company agreement form if not there wont be any project charge code. The PM passed the massage to this person. And this person was at his desk asking why T&C wasn’t approved and he said, “Everything also doesn’t know. I think it shouldn’t work this way”. He is talking about me. And he is talking out loud complaining about me at his side. And talked in Cantonese. Saying I’m making things difficult for him. In fact, he is the one who is making work difficult for me. He didn’t inform me when he on leave or on MC. He didn’t update movement chart. And he used 100 name cards in 2 months. I think maybe because of all this, he thinks that I’m making things difficult for him. How can I work with this type of person? And what is he trying to do. Telling me that I didn’t do my job or telling me is time to leave this company.
