Grandparents’ Day. Left home at around 7.15am. Took MRT to cityhall and met up with dad and mum. Ada couldn’t make it as she was called back for duty and Andy was in Taiwan for holidays. We walked from Cityhall to Esplanade. The walk started at around 9am. It was a very hot day. Fred already perspired a lot before the walk. Luckily it was just a short walk from Esplanade Park to Singapore Flyer. We stayed at Singapore Flyer for a short while and took a bus to Bugis temple to pray as FIL wanted to go there. And had our lunch at Bugis Foodcourt.

Evening time, we went to West Coast Plaza previously known as Ginza Plaza. A lot of shops were not open. Bought some tidbits from the Cold Storage and had dinner opposite the Plaza.
